During the initial consultation, we discuss what's brining you to therapy, fee and scheduling, and any questions you may have about starting therapy. 

I am out-of-network with insurance plans. After receiving payment, I will provide you with a monthly bill that you can submit online to your insurance for reimbursement. To find out about your out-of-network coverage, please call the number listed on the back of your insurance card. If needed, the CPT procedure code  for  routine psychotherapy is 90834.

I am currently offering in-person sessions only. I have availability in the afternoons and evenings. 

$ 250  for individual therapy.  I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, and Credit Card. My fee is generally flexible. I will work to accommodate your financial situation.
